We’re honored you’re considering our farm for your special gathering. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review the following terms:

📅 Booking & Payment

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
• Payment can be made via check, Venmo, or credit card (processing fees may apply).
• No date is confirmed until the deposit and signed agreement are received.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event: Deposit retained, but no further payment is required.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: Full balance is due.
• In the case of extreme weather or farm-related emergency closures, we will work with you to reschedule within 12 months, pending availability.

🕒 Event Timing

• Rental times must include all setup and breakdown.
• Overtime will be billed at $100/hour, rounded up.

💥 Damages & Liability

• Renters are responsible for any damage to property, furnishings, or grounds beyond normal wear.
• A refundable security deposit of $250 may be collected in advance and will be returned within 7 business days after the event if no damage occurs.
• We recommend renters obtain event liability insurance for peace of mind (commonly available through providers like EventHelper or your homeowner’s insurance).

🍷 Alcohol & Beverage Service

• Alcohol may only be served by approved and licensed staff through our beverage packages.
• BYOB or self-service of alcohol is not permitted for liability reasons.
• No guests under 21 may consume alcohol; ID checks may be required.

🧹 Clean-Up Expectations

• Guests must remove all personal belongings, decorations, and trash at the end of the rental.
• Trash and recycling bins are provided; additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess is left behind.

🐾 Pets & Smoking

• Well-behaved dogs are allowed outdoors only, on leash, with prior approval.
• Smoking is permitted only in the parking lot area, away from structures and trees.

🌿 Weather & Outdoor Events

• For outdoor events, no rain location is guaranteed unless previously arranged. Pop-up tents are allowed with prior approval.
• The farm reserves the right to cancel or adjust access due to unsafe weather or ground conditions.​

📸 Photos & Promotion

• We love seeing your photos! By hosting an event on our property, you grant us permission to use non-identifying event photos for our website or social media, unless otherwise requested in writing.
